how to keep windows close in page loads in default ?

hello all
in all the vb forums and cmps all the windows of the modules loading in hopen/
if is posible to change this ?
i want if this posible to the vb pages to load whet closed modules windows
if is posible to make for only news shows on home page?
or all site?
