1) upload all the images.
2) go to AdminCP -> User Ranks -> Add New User Rank.
3) add all the ranks, set minimum posts etc..

Includes:

User Titles are in usertitles.txt

Dude... how about a demo?

Open the zip and click on a random image for a demo.
But it would be nice to display a few for a faster way.
