HTML in User Profile fields

Sorry for posting but search does not seem to be working how can i add HTML in to the user profile fields ???

I am using vBulletin 3.7.0

It is not recommended that you give users the ability to edit the HTML on a page of your forum. What exactly are you trying to do? There may be a safer way to achieve what you want.
