How can I make the bit where you post, smaller...

e.g. Take the blueish background and the bit where post are made...

How can you make the length so that you see the background (blueish) MORE?

Just an example of what I mean

log in admincp, Styles & Templates, Style Manager, In your selected style, click on drop down menu, select Style Variance, within the first block - Size & Dimession
