Post has to be moderated

I got two problems:

1.
When someone posts something in a forum which needs moderation, then there comes a short message box.
But ... too short. Is there a possibility that the user has to click "ok" to continue? So he really knows, why his post isn't shown yet. If not, he will post it twice or more.

2.
Do I have the possibility that one user group (not moderators or admins) never have to be moderated, altough they write in such a forum?

Thanks a lot
Marcel

sorry im not that good at understanding none Australian English,

what is the message you get or your members get when a post needs moderating ?
like can you copy and paste in what it says?

the second one im unsure on what you mean, you want a unmoderated usergroup?
sorry mate.

The message is in german and so I can't tell you the exact message.
But it says that the post will be controlled by a moderator before it is displayed in the forum.

And second one:
I got one user-group of people that don't moderate, but they are certainly creating great posts and so their posts never have to be moderated.

Anyone?
Should'nt be an easy template-modification, I assume.
Just at the place, where vb uses the group characteristics (to be moderated or not).
Just a simple exception for group id x
Thanks!

Without modification you have to do it the opposite way.

AdminCP > Forums & Moderators > Forum Manager > Edit Forum

Set:
Moderate Threads: No
Moderate Posts: No

Then AdminCP > Forums & Moderators > Forum Permissions

find correct forum, then for usergroups to be moderated (so except for group id x) click [Edit]. Then on next page set: Follow Forum Moderation Rules: No

Should work.
