Does anyone know why this would not be working ?

I recently moved my forums from Invision to VBulletin and everything is now working fine with the exception of this

have you upgraded to 3.7.x?

You are using GD as image processing library, but the TTF fonts are not installed in the server. Either switch to ImageMagick if installed on your server, or ask your host to install the fonts.
