Could someone explain this error?
 
Warning: Cannot use a scalar value as an array in [path]/global.php(591) : eval()'d code on line 1905

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at [path]/includes/class_core.php:3277) in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 2922

a member just reported this to me. and also this error!

she said: I have this error message permanently at the top of every page 'Warning: Cannot use a scalar value as an array in [path]/global.php(591) : eval()'d code on line 1905'

Assuming you are using vB 3.7, then it is a plugin at the 'parse_templates' hook location.

Disable the plugin and test again.
