Mod box
 

I don't know what else this would be called, but what it does and I've seen another forum use it, not sure if it'll work for 3.7 but I was wondering if anyone could lead me to it...

What it does, is you type in something like [mod=dcw]message here[/mod] and it will pop as a mod box, where you are correcting a member if they break a rule. Its kinda llike something that grabs members attention when they are doing something against the rules are close it.
