Clean simple Admincp style

The package also includes a cp_logo.psd so you can use your own logo. You can redistrubute , modify the style as long as you keep a link to vBTech on your release page.

Update on 28 May :

I updated backgroud color for Settings Sub Header for an easier navigation inside vB Settings.

In order to upate download controlpanel-update.zip file , unzip it and replace it with the current css file located inside cpstyles/vbtech/ folder
