Celebrities as quasi-members
 

Hello, we have a database of over 3,600 celebrities in Top Synergy that we would like to include in our forums.

Why? Because those celebrities are a test-case to all the meta-physical tools that we introduce to our audience for self-development and compatibility analysis between people. What could be better then to include both real members and those celebrities on the same platform to use them to demonstrate astrological maps and compatibility tests between themselves and with real members.

Why not? Because their inclusion might be misleading and may clatter anything from search results to tag clouds to finding a real person for dating or other types of relationships.

We would also like to enable real members to load photos, videos and music (in future vB versions) to the celebrities galleries.

Can you help us with this tactical issue? Is half-sharing/half-separating the real from the imaginary can be archived by means of profile setting? Usergroup Permissions? Social Groups? Categories?

P.S. If additional modifications are required, we are willing to pay for it, as long as the project in whole can be still supported by vBulletin's kernel.

Why don't you just create a new usergroup called "Celebrities", import the fake users into that usergroup, then omit members having that usergroupid when searching for real people?
