SQL query to set thread tag permissions
 

My forum has 180+ forums and subforums, and 80+ usergroups. Unfortunately, vB 3.7 sets thread tagging permissions for existing usergroups to "Yes" in all forums. Even if you edit usergroup permissions for tags via admincp/usergroup.php?do=edit, the existing forum permission remain :(

As we have had some issues with members of certain usergroups abusing the thread tagging system, I would like to modify tag permissions for all usergroups to "No", then simply enable tagging permissions manually for 2 or 3 usergroups. Doing this in the admin CP is extremely tedious, so I was wondering if someone could suggest an SQL query to set tag permissions to "No" for all usergroups.
