any shot or demo, Sniper? :)
|
I think my example explains what this does.
|
Sniper - You are my hero! :D
So far it seems to work... but I have not yet tested thoroughly. Nominated. |
Neat idea, thanks!
|
Thanks, makes it a little more useful now.

This can develop in a fantastic add-on for VB. Many thanks to the author. Seems to be working ok in my 3.7. :)
One question only: It makes profile fields linked only in memberinfo pages. Can it do the same also inside postbit and memberlist? |
I found a tiny bug: When you have a 'Single-Line Text Box' it displays the input correct and the inputs are clickable - but it also shows other user fields based on 'Single-line text box' on every users profile page - which they didn't filled out.
In other words: User fields: 1) Your car 2) Your pet User A: inputs only his car - which is shown correctly but he didn't input anything about his pet. But user field 2's question/title is still shown on his profile page. |
thanks! been wwaiting for this.
great job..simple and useful. :) << hope there is a fix for the bug ;) |
Hi,
great improvement, thanks very much. Nominated of course. Little improvement suggestion but probably difficult to realize: some german umlauts can be spelled in different ways. Example: ? or ss Like in Fussball (Soccer). It can also be spelled like this: Fu?ball Others: ? = ae ? = oe ? = ue So two queries should be launched: http://www.domain.com/forum/members/...eld3=fu%DFball http://www.domain.com/forum/members/...ield3=fussball vBSEOs rewriting code must have a snippet for it somewhere. all the best, Sacha |
