How to get information about current section?

I am making different templates for different forum sections.

For example:
this https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=92 will have one header&footer
and this https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=12 will have different header&footer.

I create a module that takes header and footer from external files.
How to get info about current section in this module?
(if I have this info, I will make conditions what header&footer will be used)
