Forum in wrong category?

Not a huge deal but why is "Requests for Paid Services" in "Community Central"? Wouldn't it make more sense for it to be in "Community Discussions" where the other request forums are?

You cannot discuss anything in it, so "Community Discussions" would not really be appropriate. I think its ok where it is.
