Can I use 3.6 for 3.7

Can I use mods made for 3.6 on 3.7? As currently there are a lot of mods I would like only made for 3.6.

Any help?

A lot of them should work fine. Install them one at a time and test them is about all you can do.

It is good practice to read the modification thread prior to installing the mod also. If you do this, usually there is someone who asks about whether it works with version x.y.
