Any way to have Minimum Time Between Posts per usergroup?

Is there any way to have the ability to configure the "Minimum Time Between Posts" per usergroup?

there's an option in Message posting and editing options to do so.

however, moderators and admins are exempt from this limitation.

Are you looking for different time settings for different usergroups ??
