Spam Private emails

I have a problem, someone is sending a primate email to members. The email has the look of the normal PM, saying go to.... /private.php to view it

However when you go there you have no PMs. I banned the apparent offender, but today there was more.

The return address is the forum. Their email isn't one that was listed for the person that I banned.

Any suggestions?
