why cannot people without a vbulletin license watch the screenshots of mods in aid to helping license holders to improve their forum? =/

nexialys 05-15-2008 02:12 PM

because license holders are the one to manage their sites so it is their responsability to deal with additions...

license holders can add more than 3 accounts to be able to access this site.. .they have to check their members CP in vBulletin.com

And how would being able to view screenshots of the mods help the license holders improve their forum?

the screeshots help me evaluate/understand the functionality of the mod & since im allowed to look around (i would have guessed mostly because of the stated reason above) i dont understand why the screenshots should be forbidden.

This is a site to support ACTIVE owners of the software, not to bring ideas to the members...

when you see a car in the street, do you go to the shop to ask for suggestions so you can call back the car owner and tell him what to add to his car?!

Unlicensed users have limitations to avoid piracy. Only licensed users have access to these features.

The reason is purely technical, unlicensed users are not allowed to download attachments and as a result they cannot view screenshots either.
