Help, displaying a thread on webpage.

Hi, is this possible to do.

I'd like to integrate one of my web page with one of the threads from my forum.
On this web page I'd like to always display the last 5 posts of a certain thread from the forum.

Is there any mod or simple way of doing this?

I don't know if there is a modification that does this, but most likely, you will have to code it yourself.
