RSS Feed onto a specific page

I would like my Front page forum to be displayed on the front page of the site, I have used some complex PHP scripts to do this before, but I simply would like it to pull the RSS feed. It would/should be simple, I found a script for 3.5 but it simply doesn't seem to work.
I just want to be able to simply take the script and put it in my 3.7 forum.
here is the feed -
feed://forum.fourthirdsphoto.com/external.php?forumids=62

And get it to output to my index.php on the home page, can anyone help?
