any tools to solve probs after server move ?
 

Hi,

We recently moved a vB forum from a Linux Plesk server to a Linux cPanel server and we have one or two little 'issues' in AdminCP and Links and Downloads Manager - looks like some things might be still pointing to old (Plesk) server paths which are incompatible with cPanel.

We've changed the obvious things like ['forumpath'] in config.php but I was wondering if there was any tool to check/fix settings after such as move?

We were having issues updating local_file_root_prefix path settings for Links and Download Manager in AmincCP - getting heaps of errors relating to open_basedir restriction

The guys who manage our server just made some changes (presumably edited php.ini ) and it now works :)

If you have questions/problems with a modification or style, then please post in the thread (or support forum/board) about that modification/style. Best chance to receive a reply from either the author or another member using the same modification/style.
