A guy on the forum I am running, says this

Back when we were old ECF and Ron closed off the forum, I collapsed all the regular forums so they wouldn't be in my way and I could focus just on the staff forum. Well, when the VB was moved, well the collapsed forums stayed with it. I am always uncollapsing them so I can post and stuff, but every single time I refresh the board, it recollapses them. It's really bugging the crap out of me. I even tried to log out and re-register as someone else, but the forum wouldn't let me log out I don't know what to do
The thing is, I am not sure what I need to do to fix this problem, can anyone help me?

He needs to clear his cookies. That is what keeps the record of what has been collapsed.

Ok, he has done this, he said he even did a system restore on his PC. and its still doing it...
