Who May Reply request
 

I am constantly seeing the need for creating certain threads that can only be replied to by a small number of members.

Logically this would be a list of member IDs and possibly Usergroups.

The idea is that a Moderator or Administrator can post a thread and only th enominated members can reply. This would stop spamming of some important threads (such as ban threads where you want the owner of the account to respond but not have the "supporters" all chipping in.

I did not find anything like this in my searches.
