look of the page

I don't even know what to call this, so I don't know how to look it up. For some reason the view at the top of my page changed.

Picture 1 is currently how it looks when I am looking at posts. I want it to look like picture 2 where the links are straight across. I hope that that makes sense. I would appreciate any help that you can give.

Nevermind, I fixed the problem. It happened because I used HTML to center the category names.
