seeking automated welcome hack
 

good day all
hope this is the right forum if not
im sorry and i hope it will be moved to the right part
i tried to search it long enough
but really cant find it
i know there is a hack out there ,but i don't have the name of it
it does the following

for example i register on my forum as a new user
the forum auto generates a topic in the welcome parts with my name as new user
and there is some standard text in it like for example

hi denman welcome to our forums enjoy your stay etc etc
so a automated welcome topic
but really cant find it
so i hope some of u have any clue where to look
