Hello,
I'm not sure if I'm in the right forum or not, but I hope I am.
We have a problem of not being able to post without choosing
an Icon, even though the "No Icon" is marked.

Can anyone tell me how to fix that, please?

Try disabling your modifications.

Thanks Dismounted. I found that my Co-Admin had installed a hack to require an icon. I removed that and it went right to work.
