How do i make it so that other administrators can't ban the root admin?

lol, agreed

beyond that, in the config.sys file, add the user id of the super admin to the unalterable/undeleteable section, thats a good idea either way

dont add any other admins it will create only troubles for you

If you can't trust them -> don't make them admins in the first place.
