Hiding thread titles in the index.php
The things we do to keep our communities happy :p
Without modification, is there anyway to stop sub forum posts from appearing in the "New Posts" column of index.php? Maybe this needs some further explanation: Among the various forums I currently have, one of them has a sub forum, for example:
When a user views the index page, they obviously see all the forum headers and all the root forums (i.e. Forum A, B, C, E but not D as this is a sub forum) Now if a post is made to Forum D, an this is the latest post in Forum C or D, on the index page a post summary (i.e. title, poster, time) shows under the last post column. This is what I want to hide (to be replaced with the last post in Forum C) |
