how to send message more than 10.000 member/day?
because my vps hosting only permit 500message/hour.
if we send message to pass 500,so the message more than 500 cant be send.
how to handle this?

Use the batch sending option located in the Admin CP (vBulletin Options).

btw what is the meaning of batch?

Number of Emails to Send Per Batch
vBulletin includes a mail queuing system to prevent bottlenecks when sending lots of email. Use this option to specify how many emails will be sent per batch.

A "batch of 10" will sent 10 mails at once and then pause before processing the next 10.

so if i want send to 10.000 users.
my host give me 500mail/2hour.
i must wait 40 hours ?

so i set 500mail for batch number.right?

Default vBulletin will not wait an hour before sending the next batch. There is however a modification available to control this i think (if i remember correct by Paul M).

Alternative would be to use an external mail application as maximum 500/hour would mean it will take a very long time.
