Add Quick Links

Hello everyone,

I find myself in a rather strange predicament. I am using a third party skin for say. I have installed a flash/image banner rotator. But it requires that the "QUICK LINKS" be there. With this skin i am using, it is not there. Does anyone know how to add this to the top menu by any chance?

Any help is much appreciated.
