Display notices in table columns

Is there a way to have the 3.7 notices display one next to the other rather than below?

Of course this way you couldn't put as many as you want, but only as many as they fit in the row, but this would be very useful to implement.

Is someone that has any idea how to do this? Maybe a template edit at the notices code?
