vb.org Archive - force default skin on language selection

I need the following modification to my vbulletin site:

the vbulletin forum is setup as dual language I need one language to use the default skin as set in cpadmin I need the other language to use another dedault skin. I have looked about everywhere and didnt find a solution yet..

I know you can have the option the change images in specifying a language folder but this is not what im looking for.. I want "language2"-users to have a completely other default skin than "language-one users"

I really hope someone here is able to help me because this has given me headaches for about two weeks now.
