Sub Forum Links in 3.7 - Help Please
Is it possible to alter some of the code in 3.7 to have the sub forums which are shown on the board to have an active link to the actual sub forum instead of just plain text. If so.. how do I go about doing this?
Many thanks in advance |
I'm not following you. When I look at the list of sub-forums here, they are links to the sub forum, not just plain text. Perhaps an image would help?

Sorry about that I shall try to explain a bit more clearly as the last time I typed I had just got up and was in a bit of a muddle.
Underneath each forum. I have it set on the AdminCP - Forum Listing Options to display sub forums. Though when displayed these sub-forums are just text without any actual links embedded there, So a couple of members have asked if like the old and inferior IBP board could the list of sub forums actually have the text linked to the sub forum. I think I am starting to say sub forum too many times. --------------- Added [DATE]1210090691[/DATE] at [TIME]1210090691[/TIME] --------------- actually just slap me a few times I have just found what I have missed... sorry for being a bit of a dunce here |

I think you haven't created child forums. Did you do that? |
It's all been sorted out now.. It was me being a pillock and over looking one of the controls and thus charging off like a proverbial bull in a china shop asking questions.
Really sorry to have been so silly. |

Something along the same sort of lines as this, is there a mod/hack that would show the sub-forums in a different colour than the main one on the main page?
Thanks Fish PS. sorry for the highjack. |
