SmoothBlue - A Alternative to my SmoothRed Style!
SmoothBlue
5/06/08 - Updated the ZIP package with a optional side column xml file. You can now choose to have or not to have the left side column. Removed until further notice. |
SmoothRed style has the left side column. This one doesn't? Wonderful style otherwise. :)
|
This style is compatible with vbadvanced?
very nice! |
The color is very nice ! Can you release the same left side culumn style as Smooth Red? Definitly I will install it if available :)
Thx in advance! |
I don't use vbadvanced, but I wouldn't see why not. It's not heavily modified so you should be able to use it with no problems. If you have any, just post here and I'll get you all straightened out ;)
As for the sidebar... go figure. I make themes with sidebars, and everyone wants to know how to remove them. Make them without, and they want it back :). I'll add a side column alternative and update the package. Shouldn't take too long to do. |
Thanks, Mark. The colours are awesome with this one! :)
Not to nitpick, but I think we have missing images here just as we had with SmoothRed. The collapse_tcat_collapsed is the same as collapse_tcat, for instance, just as it was in the initial release of SmoothRed. Thanks again! :) |
Ok, I'm going to update this with s sidebar option and I will make sure all the images are there. I am copying them from my stock vb image directory, but perhaps in development I've deleted my own default images :(
Anyway, look for a update to this sometime today. |
Updated. Also by request, see the following attachement if:
You want this style with a side column You want this style with the standard thread / posts columns instead of the threads / posts under the Forum name and description. Perhaps this will "wrap" this up and eveyone has what they need :) |

Will install this for my new forum (Could be online in 3 -5 days). Many Thanks! |
Hey Mark, when used with USC 2.0 everything works perfect on the style with the side column, but with the no side column version, the RIGHT Column with USC is out of wack (doesn't line up under the NAV when choosing that option on USC) This is ONLY on the Forum Home page (all other pages work and line up correctly)... USC 2.0 works perfect with both Red versions. Not sure if this is something you want to look into or not. Just thought I would point it out.
btw...Love your styles and your work... keep it up bud! |
