A good custom skin place?
 

I need to find a good place that will make me a custom skin that follows my guidelines for free or very low money. This skin is a close example to what i want http://webkinzpalace.com except i dont want mine to be all pink and girly. If you know a good custom skin place that takes requests and works for free or little money, please post it or PM me.

I have a skin for my forum and i really like the color scheme of it and the layout. I just need someone to edit it a little bit. If you are not allowed, then I need someone to make me a custom skin. I need a Webkinz Skin. Something like the one on the following site: http://webkinzpalace.com , but not so pink and girly and it has to be kinda different.

Does anyone know a place where they will create a skin according to my details? please..............
