Any ideas? I made sure I followed the instructions several times.

any other arcade installed before so that maybe the ARCADE template has old content ?

If this does not help, provide access to AdminCP and FTP via PM and I will check this ...

FOR REF:
apparnetly had an old arcade version files previously even though this was a fresh install.

Admincp --> search templates: "arcade" template ---> revert


that did it. :)
