Code for search tags box?

The "search tags" box , located in the tag cloud page, is extremely useful.

I want to use it in various pages in my forums, including forumhome, vbadvanced home and even Header. Where is this code located, so I could use it ?

Although, I'm not certain if it will work on any other page, you'll have to test it out.

That's great. I just tested it , by inserting the code in the header template, and it's working fine.
