[3.7.0] specified groups color/style their username the way they want

Can someone please make it possible for 3.7.0 so that specified usergroups in the admin CP can change the way their name is displayed on the forums? for example:
foreground color, background color, text underline,overline, border color, bold, italic, strike-thru, all three, etc.
