Discrimation from vbskinworks :(

I bought a design on the site vbskinworks.com today, but administrator cancelled a purchase and then BANNED me on the forum and then BANNED my IP via htaccess, what happens? can explain?

This is Discrimination !!! :((((((((((((((((
