Auto Accept Friends 3.7.x
 

I?ve got another great idea for a mod, an Auto Accept Friends mod for 3.7.0

With this mod the user can select if they want to auto-accept everyone who wants to be their friend.

Nice idea or what? :D

I hope somebody will make this.

Actually, no. It's not a good idea. The reason is because it defeats the whole purpose of the system. It's meant to be a 2 way relationship. Not a 1 way relationship. You can already add anyone you wish under 'contacts' without requiring any action from the other user.

However, if you wish to become a friend, and reap the benefits of friendship (such as album viewing privileges), it only makes sense to actually have this authorized by the end user, rather than auto accepted. The feature becomes useless if it auto-accepted everyone.
