There is a mod for 3.0 and older versions that allows setting up forum-specific rules for select forums which users must read through before allowing to post in that specific forum. I tried this mod for a 3.6 version, and naturally, it didn't work. Can we get an updated version of this VERY USEFUL mod please?

The mod you linked to was updated, but includes a security flaw.

What do you mean? Where's the update? Will the "security flaw" be fixed so it's usable?

I really want to use this mod for the recent versions...

It is up to the author to fix the security flaws and there is no update provide. If you contact the author they may be able to send you files with the flaw in it.
