Looks like that is something that can be done with the built in notices.

looks like someone has re-coded the welcome box for 3.7.x
i can code but have never really looked into that sorry m8.

hope someone no's or do what i used to do sign up and ask the admin lol.

edit: i think his running 3.5.x not sure, i must be to tied lol.

You can do something just like that in 3.7 using the built-in vb feature Notices.

You haven't said anything about what version of vb you are using.
