Moderation Error
 

Hi I just upgraded to 3.6.10 and now when we try to moderate athead we get the following error:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing or mismatched.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Any help would be appeciated

You basically need to add a new line into your forms and then you should be fine.
