nav bar dynamic dropdowns
 

I have been plauged with this for a day or so now. i would like to have a dynamic nav bar where if you roll over the name on the nav you can either click it or it will automatically dropdown a box for further options.

i have seen this done on multiple sites just every example or type of style i find doesnt work when i put it together ir it fails and the bar is somewhere else on the page. colors and image behind video gallery is a repeated gif. all nav bar links have at leist one dropdown item and more will be added in time.

i would like it to look as such. any input would be nice. this is a non vbulletin object
