Automatically create hyperlinks in posts?
 
I've been searching here and have not found anything like this.

maybe it can be done with options in VB, but I'm not seeing it there either.

Is there a way I can build a pre-set list of associations so when a user types a given string of characters, my forum will automatically make it a hyperlink pointing to it?

Example:
1. User types Camaro
2. Code will make the text Camaro a hyperlink pointing to http://www.Chevrolet.com

Edit: Reading the last post of the thread it seems there might be issues with 3.6 you may want to try the authors site for a working version for 3.6 though I'm not 100% sure. http://thevbgeek.com/index.php
