VB permission

Hello, i have vb 3.7 RC4 with CMPS 3.0.1 and i have a section for vip members. I want in the first page everyone to see what its in the threads, but only vip members to have permission to access it.

Any ideas how can i do this?

ACP --> Forums & Moderators --> Forum Permissions

It cannot be done from Forum Permissions..
