I think you'd have to look at your html/css for that in order to figure it out.

No, you would have to look in your source code for that page and see what class is being called there and if that is causing it to 'black-out' the bottom of the list or if your html is incorrect and causing an error there. I can't see it as just a visitor on your site. You will have to view that yourself as the list is only available to moderators/admins.
