What Article System used by Vbulletin.org?

As the title states, what system is vb.org using for its articles section?

as 8 billion posts before have stated, its all custom made, and not much of it released to the public.

vBulletin.org is using a modified postbit (basically).

Yep, standard forums, but with a modified first post.

No need to be sarcastic. I searched and after reading pages of posts without an answer, I asked this question.

So my next question is why would vb.org have someting custom made and not share it with other vb users? Isn't this site supposed to be about mods for vb? What good does it do the community if people keep things to themselves?

First, a significant percent of vBulletin.org's modifications are released, check Princeton's profile for a majority of the front-end modifications the community utilizes.

Secondly, this site is about promoting and hosting free modifications, however, at the end of the day - this is a still a community with custom code that will never be released for a few reasons:

1.) It's tightly integrated into our code base and some aspects were not originally coded by the current staff...releasing it would not be an option.

and

2.) vBulletin.org may be the official vBulletin modification staff, but we still have competition so some things we keep custom to benefit the community itself.

3.) The license verification code is also tightly integrated with the rest, separating it would be impractical.
