Pull Message Info BEFORE Post

I need to use

$post[message]

In the headinclude template (Would like to use the message as the meta description.).

Is this possible?

Which post? The first post? You'd have to save the $post[message] (on only the first post) to a separate variable and use that after in the headinclude template (though I'm not sure if it is evaluated before or after the script has executed fully). A plugin in one of the postbit or showthread hooks would probably work, you'd have to look through the PHP.
