Hyperlinked Avatars
 
How can I get a section in the usercp that would allow the user to hyperlink their avatar? My site is starting to get a lot of user images so I would like to be able to offer either site hosted Avatars, Member uploaded Avatars, and or Hyperlinked Avatars (like from photobucket).

Of course this will be based of the usergroup permissions as well. I have seen this done on some boards but I cant seem to figure out how to do it.

Each of those three options you're referring to, are already included in Avatar section of UserCP.

I understand that... but how do I control which one the user can use?

There's is no such setting in Admin Panel, but you're quickest way would be to edit the templates and wrap the appropriate parts with conditionals for your desired usergroups.
